Webidiotz was created in the fall of 2008 in a recession when our Founder wondered why it was not possible to order a pizza online, get groceries delivered to his home or even buy good brand names of clothing online in Winnipeg. After speaking with hundreds of business owners, it soon became very clear that the majority of businesses in Manitoba had not yet understood the effectiveness of the Internet. This was the driving factor and his passion to create a difference in an industry, which lead to Webidiotz being born.
The way that we have viewed the Internet is wrong.
The Internet is the most important tool required for any business to survive in the 21st century never mind grow. It is a little like saying I don’t have a telephone number for my business. You don’t hear that often, do you? but how many times do we still hear I haven’t got a website. The bad news is that no longer is a single website enough for your businesses in order to maximise the profits one can make from the Internet.

Every city has hundreds and thousands of people searching online for local products and services every day so we decided to work with that as a starting point. After examining our industry, we asked ourselves how we could lead the way. We examined what worked, what didn’t work, what we were as a company and what we were not.
What worked for us was working with small and medium sized local businesses and giving them a complete Internet marketing package. When we gave companies a complete Internet marketing package, they saw the value and understood how powerful Internet marketing was for their businesses.
